Payment methods

• Credit & debit cards: Visa / Mastercard (via Shopify Payments).
• Apple Pay and Google Pay (shown on compatible devices).
• Shop Pay – fast checkout for returning customers.
• PayPal.
• Bank transfer (SEPA) – instructions appear on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email.

All payments are processed over a secure SSL connection. Some transactions may require 3-D Secure verification.

Shipping within the EU

Orders are handed over to the carrier on the next business day. We ship with DPD / DHL / Packeta (standard service; the carrier is selected automatically based on the destination).

Transit time

Approx. 3–5 business days, depending on the destination country and address.

Shipping cost

• Free for orders of €150.00 and above (after discounts).
• €9.90 for orders up to €149.99.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Additional information

• No express shipping at the moment — we use standard services only.
• Multiple items in one order may be consolidated into a single parcel.
• Please provide a valid phone number so the courier can contact you if needed.
• During holiday periods, delivery times may extend by 1–2 days.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days provided they are unused and in their original condition with all tags/packaging. Full details are available on our Return Policy page.
